Clinical Experience of XIAO Shuqin Who has Treated Children Hiccup from Liver

小儿呃逆病是儿科临床常见病,肖淑琴老师强调从肝论治,认为病机是肝郁脾虚,胃失和降,属本虚标实。治疗强调疏肝健脾,和胃止呃,以四逆散加减化裁。本文从病因病机、辨证施治、组方用药等方面对肖老从肝论治小儿呃逆病作了简要分析。

Children hiccup is a common clinical disease in pediatrics.Professor XIAO Shuqin has summed up the treatment methods from the liver in clinical practice.He thinks the pathogenesis of hiccup in children lies in liver depression and spleen deficiency,stomach disharmony and descending,which belongs to deficiency of origin and excess of substance.Treatment emphasizes soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen,regulating stomach and stopping hiccups.This paper makes a brief analysis of her treatment of children’s hiccup from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and prescription and medication.
