国医楷模陈景河运用通法治疗老年病的临证经验

Clinical Experience of Chinese Medical Model CHEN Jinghe Who has Treated Geriatric Diseases with Unobstructed Method

国医楷模陈景河从医八十载,擅治内外妇儿各科疑难杂症,在老年病的治疗上有独到见解,他结合黑龙江地区外因寒燥、内伤痰热、气血不畅的致病特点和老年人生理特点,提出老年人具有谷道、水道、气道、血道滞涩的病理特点,治疗以通为法,包括泻实为通、补益为通、调和为通。针对道滞部位不同,分别运用通润谷道、通利水道、通调气道、通活血道之法治之,屡起沉疴。现对陈景河运用通法治疗老年病的临证经验进行总结,以飧同道。

CHEN Jinghe,a model of traditional Chinese medicine,has been a doctor for 80 years and is good at treating difficult and miscellaneous diseases in various disciplines.He has unique opinions on the treatment of geriatric diseases.He has combined the pathogenic characteristics of external causes of cold and dryness,internal injury of phlegm-heat,and sluggish Qi and blood in Heilongjiang area and the physiological characteristics of the elderly,and has proposed that the elderly have pathological characteristics that the grain,water,airway and blood channel are blocked.He has treated them with unblocking method,which include diarrhea,tonic and reconciliation.According to different blocking parts,he has treated them with different unobstructed methods,and the curative effect is remarkable,that include moistening grain road,unblocking waterway,regulating airway and activating blood circulation.This paper summarizes CHEN’s academic experience and shares it with colleagues.
