中医综合护理结合康复护理路径在皮瓣移植术患者中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Comprehensive Nursing Combined with Rehabilitation Nursing Pathway for Patients Undergoing Skin Flap Grafting

目的:探究中医综合护理结合康复护理路径在皮瓣移植术患者中的应用效果。方法:收集本院2020年1月~2022年1月收治的行皮瓣移植术患者60例资料,按照护理方法的不同分为观察组28例和对照组32例,对照组给予康复护理路径手段干预,观察组在此基础上给予中医综合护理,并观察两组患者疾病认知、心理状态和并发症情况。结果:观察组的皮瓣移植知识掌握、功能锻炼和感染预防评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分值均较干预前降低(P<0.05),且观察组水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的各生活质量评分均升高,且观察组的生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域以及总的健康状况评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为3.57%,低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合护理结合康复护理路径在皮瓣移植术患者中的应用效果好。

Objective:To explore the application effect of TCM comprehensive nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing pathway for patients undergoing skin flap grafting.Methods:The data of 60 patients who underwent skin flap grafting in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were collected.The patients were divided into an observation group(28 cases)and a controlled group(32 cases)according to different nursing methods.All patients received rehabilitation nursing pathway intervention,and the observation group received TCM comprehensive nursing on this basis.The awareness of disease,psychological state and complications of the two groups were observed.Results:The scores for skin flap grafting associated knowledge,functional exercise and infection prevention in the observation group were higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores for Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group had lower scores than the controlled group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups were increased.The scores for physical domain,psychological domain,social relationship and overall health in the observation group were higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(3.57%)was lower than that in the controlled group(25.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM comprehensive nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing pathway is effective for patients undergoing skin flap grafting.
