化痰理肺定喘汤治疗慢阻肺急性加重期(痰热壅肺证)疗效及对SAA、TNF-α、IL-6的影响

Effect of Using Huatuan Lifei Dingchuan Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(Phlegm-heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome)and Its Influence on SAA, TNF-and IL-6

目的:探讨化痰理肺定喘汤在慢阻肺急性加重期(痰热壅肺证)治疗中的效果及其对SAA、IL-6、TNF-α的影响。方法:挑选2019年3月到2021年3月在本院治疗的116例慢阻肺急性加重患者为试验对象,随机将其分为2组,其中对照组58例患者入院后根据痰培养结果给予相应抗炎、抗感染治疗,治疗组58例在此基础上,联合化痰理肺定喘汤口服治疗。两组患者均治疗2周时间。对比其治疗效果、治疗前、后的中医症候积分、肺功能指标和炎性因子浓度情况。结果:治疗总有效率方面,对照组较治疗组低(P<0.05);中医症候积分方面,两组治疗后均出现一定程度下降,且治疗组更低(P<0.05);肺功能指标方面,治疗后两组均改善明显,且治疗组较对照组更优(P<0.05);血清SAA、IL-6、TNF-α水平方面,治疗后两组均下降明显降低,且治疗组下降更多(P<0.05)。结论:化痰理肺定喘汤能够明显地缓解慢阻肺急性加重期的患者临床症状,抑制炎症反应,改善肺功能,疗效明确。

Objective:To explore the effect of using Huatan Lifei Dingchuan Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(phlegm-heat obstructed lung syndrome)and its effects on SAA,TNF-and IL-6.Methods:116 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.58 patients in the controlled group were given corresponding anti-inflammatory and anti infection treatment according to the sputum culture results after admission,and 58 patients in the treatment group were treated with Huatan Lifei Dingchuan Decoction.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The curative effect of the two groups was compared,including the score of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,the change of pulmonary function index and the level of inflammatory factors before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the controlled group was lower than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower after treatment than before.The reduction in the treatment group was better than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The pulmonary function indexes of the two groups after treatment were obvious improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than the controlled group(P<0.05).Serum Levels of SAA,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower after treatment than before,and the reduction in the treatment group was better than the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huatan Lifei Dingchuan Decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,improve lung function,inhibit inflammation,and have obvious effects.
