多发性硬化典型的临床表现为肢体痿软无力、眩晕、共济失调。中医将其归属为“痿证”的范畴。本病发病基础为肾元虚衰,脑肾失济;发病关键为肝气郁滞,肾虚肝郁乃本病之基本病机。治疗上立补肾疏肝之法,创颐脑解郁方,补肾颐脑,疏肝解郁,临证配伍审虚实之偏重而随方灵活辨证加减,可效如桴鼓。
