基于“肾为封藏之本”理论辨治急性痛风性关节炎

Differentiating and Treating Acute Gouty Arthritis Based on the Theory of “Kidney is the Foundation of Sealing”

“肾为封藏之本”是中医藏象学说的重要组成部分。“肾主藏精”,其藏精在于藏先天之精和后天之精。先天之精决定后天之精,后天之精濡养先天之精。核酸和蛋白质的关系与先天之精和后天之精的关系相似。本文从中西医理论剖析“肾为封藏之本”,认识到急性痛风性关节炎中医病机为脾肾亏虚、浊瘀毒聚,病性为本虚标实。本虚以肾虚为主,脾虚为次。标实为浊瘀毒聚。脾肾亏虚在前,浊瘀毒聚在后。治法以补肾健脾、泻浊解毒。采取缪刺法放血、针刺,口服“补肾泄浊方”中药。希望能为急性痛风性关节炎的治疗提供理论基础。

“Kidney is the foundation of sealing and storing”is an important part of the theory of Zang Xiang in traditional Chinese medicine.“The kidney governs the storage of essence”,which lies in the storage of innate essence and acquired essence.The innate essence determines the acquired essence,and the acquired essence nurtures the innate essence.The relationship between nucleic acid and protein is similar to that between innate essence and acquired essence.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese and western medicine,this paper analyzes“the kidney is the foundation of sealing and storing”,and recognizes that the pathogenesis of acute gouty arthritis in traditional Chinese medicine is deficiency of spleen and kidney,accumulation of turbid blood stasis and toxin,and the nature of the disease is the foundation,deficiency and excess.This deficiency is mainly due to kidney deficiency,followed by spleen deficiency.It is actually the accumulation of turbid blood stasis and toxin.Spleen and kidney deficiency precedes,while turbid blood stasis and toxin gather behind.The method of treatment is to tonify the kidney,strengthen the spleen,eliminate turbidity and detoxify.Blood letting and acupuncture with Miao Needling Method are adopted,and the traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Xiezhuo Recipe is orally taken.It is hoped to provide theoretical basis and clinical treatment for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.
