培元益肾通络方联合针灸治疗对早期糖尿病肾病患者血糖、肾功能的影响

Effect of Peiyuan Yishen Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture on blood glucose, renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨培元益肾通络方联合针灸治疗对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血糖、肾功能及不良反应的影响。方法:选取2019年12月至2020年12月秦皇岛市中医医院收治的80例DN患者,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采取常规西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用培元益肾通络方联合针灸治疗,评估两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前后血糖、肾功能;统计两组不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、24小时尿蛋白定量(24hUP)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿免疫球蛋白G(uIgG)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(SUN)等指标较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组患者血糖及肾功能指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:培元益肾通络方联合针灸治疗DN疗效及安全性均较高,能有效改善患者血糖及肾功能水平,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Peiyuan Yishen Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture on blood glucose,renal function and adverse reactions in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 80 patients with early DN from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group with 40 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine,the control group was treated with Peiyuan Yishen Tongluo prescription,and the study group was treated with combined acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated.Blood glucose and renal function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),24-hour urinary protein(24 hUP),urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),urinary immunoglobulin G(uIgG),serum creatinine(Scr),serum urea nitrogen(SUN)and other indicators of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Blood glucose and renal function indicators of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Peiyuan Yishen Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture has high efficacy and safety in the treatment of early DN,which can effectively improve the level of blood glucose and renal function.
