浅谈甘味药在围绝经期综合征中的应用

围绝经期综合征是妇科常见疾病,在中医属“绝经前后诸证”“郁证”“脏躁”等范畴,肾阴、肾阳不足,肝血亏虚,脾胃虚损为根本病机,可见潮热汗出、心烦失眠、腰背酸楚、情志抑郁等。单纯西药治疗疗效有限,而中医提倡标本兼治及辨证论治,需以补益肝肾,调补冲任,健脾养心,活血化瘀等治法为主,临床组方用药常使用甘味药,甘味药多归经脾胃,具有补益气血、调和阴阳等作用,治疗配伍得当可获得显著疗效。本文分析了围绝经期综合征的中医病因病机,概述了甘味药在围绝经期综合征中的药理作用及应用,为围绝经期综合征的中医治疗提供理论参考。

Perimenopause syndrome is a common gynecological disease,and it belongs to the categories of“menopausal disorder”,“depression syndrome”,and“hysteria”in traditional Chinese medicine.Insufficiency of kidney Yin and kidney Yang,deficiency of liver blood,and spleen-stomach deficiency are the fundamental pathogenesis,with visible hectic fever and sweating,insomnia with restlessness,sore back and emotional depression.Efficacy of simple western medicine treatment is limited,but traditional Chinese medicine advocates the treatment of both symptoms and root causes and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,which should be based on the treatment methods of tonifying liver and kidney,strengthening Chong and Ren channels,invigorating spleen and nourishing heart and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Sweet-taste herbs are often used in clinical prescriptions,and are mostly acted on the spleen and stomach,which have the effects of tonifying Qi and blood and regulating Yin and Yang,and proper compatibility can obtain remarkable efficacy.This paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine,summarizes the pharmacological effects and application of sweet-taste herbs in perimenopausal syndrome,and provides theoretical reference for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.
