基于脑-肠-菌轴探讨肠道菌群与偏头痛关系及对针刺治疗的影响

Exploration of theRelationship between the Gastrointestinal Microbiota and Migraine Mechanism and Its Effect on Acupuncture Treatment Based on the Microbiome-gut-brain Axis

偏头痛是一种常见的神经系统疾病,给患者造成了严重的健康问题及经济负担。针刺治疗偏头痛疗效确切显著,但具体机制尚不明确。目前研究显示,肠道菌群与偏头痛发病关系密切,可能是阐释偏头痛发病机理的新途径。基于“脑-肠-菌轴”机制,笔者对目前偏头痛发病与肠道菌群关系进行梳理,并从肝、脾论治,探讨肠道菌群与偏头痛的关系及对偏头痛针刺治疗的影响,为针刺治疗偏头痛的临床及机制研究提供思路与方向。

Migraine,as a common neurological disorder,imposes significant health and financial burdens in patients.Acupuncture is used for migraine on account of its proven efficacy,but the specific mechanism is not clear.Current research shows that the gastrointestinal microbiota is closely related to migraine and maybe a new way to explain the pathogenesis of migraine.Based on the microbiome-gut-brain axis,the authors have reviewed the relationship between the migraine mechanism and gastrointestinal microbiota,then has explored the influence of this relationship on migraine acupuncture treatment from the perspective of the liver and spleen,to provide directions for the clinical and mechanism research of acupuncture treatment of migraine.
