基于“治脾以安五脏”理论论治不稳定型心绞痛

Treatmentand Differentiation of Unstable Angina Pectoris Based on the Theory of “Treating the Spleen and Calming the Five Internal Organs”

“治脾以安五脏”起源于《黄帝内经》,是中医学阐释和治疗疾病的重要理论,对后世影响深远。中医学认为不稳定型心绞痛(UA)属“胸痹”“心痛”等范畴,病位在心,病机与瘀血阻络、心气不足等引起的心脉痹阻相关。现代医家认为“脾虚”亦贯穿UA始终,主张调脾护心,治法多以健脾益气为基础,随证应用活血化瘀、化痰通络等法,疗效显著。本文基于“治脾以安五脏”理论,探讨其在不稳定型心绞痛中的临床应用,以期提供临床治疗思路和依据。

“Treating the spleen and calming the five internal organs”has originated from Huangdi Neijing,is an important theory of traditional Chinese medicine to explain and treat diseases,and has a far-reaching impact on future generations.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that unstable angina pectoris(UA)belongs to the categories of“Chest Arthralgia”and“Heartache”,and is located in the heart,and the pathogenesis is related to the obstruction of heart pulse caused by blood stasis blocking collaterals and insufficient heart Qi.Modern doctors believe that“Spleen Deficiency”also runs through UA and advocate regulating spleen and protecting heart,and most of the treatment methods are based on strengthening the spleen and supplementing Qi.The methods of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals are applied with the syndrome,and the curative effect is remarkable.Based on the theory of“Treating the spleen and calming the five internal organs”,this paper discusses its clinical application in UA,in order to provide clinical treatment ideas and basis.
