从气精固散理论探讨益气养阴通滞法恢复血糖动态平衡的作用

Exploring the Effect of Tonifying Qi,Nourishing Yin and Relieving Stagnation Method to Restore Blood Glucose Dynamic Balance from the Theory of Qi Essence and Solid Powder

通过查阅文献,现代中医普遍认为导致糖尿病患者血糖波动的重要原因是气虚,即脾气亏虚,或是脾肾亏虚。本文认为血糖波动的基本病机亦是正气亏虚,并在此基础上深入认识到气精固散失衡是其本质,气精固散失衡,脏腑百骸所用无源,瘀浊郁阻,故而出现血糖异常波动,变病百出。临床上针对糖尿病患者血糖异常波动的治疗更加精准,不再是单向降糖,而是在中医辨证施治基础上益气强本、养阴充精、活血通滞清源,达到气精固散协调,改善临床高糖-低糖的异常波动。

Through literature review,it is generally believed in modern traditional Chinese medicine that the important cause of blood sugar fluctuation in diabetic patients is Qi deficiency,spleen deficiency or deficiency of spleen and kidney.In this paper,the basic pathogenesis of blood glucose fluctuation is also deficiency of vital Qi,and on this basis,it is deeply recognized that the imbalance of Qi,essence and solid dispersion is its essence.The imbalance of Qi,essence and solid dispersion leads to the absence of source of Zang-Fu organs,stasis and turbidity,thus resulting in abnormal blood glucose fluctuation and various diseases.Clinically,the treatment of abnormal fluctuation of blood glucose in diabetic patients is more accurate.It is no longer one-way hypoglycemic treatment,but based on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,it can strengthen Qi,nourish Yin and replenish essence,promote blood circulation and clear the source,achieve the coordination of Qi,essence,solid and dispersion,and improve the abnormal fluctuation of high-low glucose in clinic.
