Professor XUShu’s Experience in Treating Lupus Nephritis from Shaoyin

徐书教授擅以经方治疗各类疑难病证,狼疮性肾炎为肾病中较难治者。徐书教授认为邪毒内陷是狼疮性肾炎的主要病机,治疗关键为托底透邪,得少阴而出。麻黄附子细辛汤出自《伤寒论》,乃少阴汗法代表方。本文紧扣徐书教授以脉证为中心,经方为龙头,时方为龙尾,专病专药画龙点睛的核心学术思想及以抓主症、抓病机、抓脉证为要点的临床诊疗体系,将其从少阴辨治狼疮性肾炎的临床经验进行总结。

Professor XU,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor,is skilled in treating difficult miscellaneous diseases.Lupus nephritis is regarded as an intractable one among renal diseases.In professor XU’s opinion,the main pathogenesis of lupus nephritis is the invagination of pathogenic factors and the key therapeutic method is to drive the pathogenic factors away through Shaoyin while holding out the energy of body.Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction,recorded in Shanghan Lun,is known as the representative recipe of Shaoyin’s sweating method.This thesis will summarize Prof.XU’s treatment experience of lupus nephritis from Shaoyin by closely following his core academic thought that regarding pulse syndrome as the center,the classic prescription as the head of the dragon,the experience prescription as the tail of the dragon and specific medicines as the finish point and clinical diagnosis and treatment system which puts emphasis on grasping the main disease,pathogenesis and the pulse syndrome.
