浅析左氏气机升降针法在内伤杂病中的应用

Analysis on theApplication of ZUO’s Ascending and Descending of Qi Movement Acupuncture in Endogenous Disease

左氏气机升降针法是左常波教授所创制的系列气化针法之一。此针法具有升降气机、温阳疏肝的作用,在针刺过程中注重医患双方守神,配合呼吸,以微针调气、治神,对于治疗以升降失调、水寒木郁为主要病机的内伤疾病临床疗效颇佳。笔者通过对左氏气机升降针法的穴位组成、针刺操作、理法解析、针刺后气化反应、针法化裁等进行逐一探析,并附上验案一则,以期为针灸临床辨治内科杂病提供新的思路和方法。

ZUO’s ascending and descending of Qi movement acupuncture is one of a series of Qi transformation acupuncture methods have created by Professor ZUO Changbo.It has the effects of regulating the ascending and descending of Qi movement,warming Yang,and soothing the liver.It requires the spirit of both the clinical practitioner and the patient should be in a harmonized spirit condition,and has coordinated with respiration regulation during acupuncture.The extreme fine needles are used to regulate the Qi movement and the spirit(Shen)harmonization.And it has a significant effect in the clinical treatment of disorder of Qi movement,cold renal water and stagnation of liver-Qi.The author has analyzed the acupoint composition,acupuncture operation,theory,Qi transformation after acupuncture and prescription variation of this acupuncture method one by one.After that,the author has attached one medical case to provide new ideas and methods for treatment of endogenous disease.
