从“火、湿、瘀”论治免疫性不孕

Differentiating Treating Immune Infertility from “Fire,Dampness and Stasis”

免疫性不孕是由于女性生殖道感染或损伤时,精子、卵巢细胞、子宫内膜和人绒毛促性腺激素(HCG)等与免疫系统接触而产生相应抗体,进而引起不孕的一类妇科疾病,占不孕症的10%~20%,是影响女性生殖健康、家庭合睦、社会发展的重要因素之一。西医治疗以激素为主,中医药凸显较好的优势,笔者以清火利湿,凉血活血为主要治法结合直肠给药,固护脾胃,指导交合,提高了免疫性不孕患者抗体转阴率及妊娠率。故本文从“火、湿、瘀”三个角度论治免疫性不孕,为临床诊疗提供新的思路。

Immune infertility is due to the female genital tract infection or injury,sperm,ovarian cells,endometrial and human villi gonadotropin(HCG)contacted with the immune system and produce antibodies,resulting in infertility of disease of department of gynaecology,accounted for 10%~20%of infertility,is affected women’s reproductive health,family agree,one of the important factors of the development of society.Western medicine mainly treats with hormones,while traditional Chinese medicine highlights better advantages.The author takes clearing fire and dampness,cooling blood and promoting blood circulation as the main treatment method combined with rectal administration,protecting spleen and stomach,guiding intercourse,and improving the antibody negative rate and pregnancy rate of immune infertility patients.Therefore,this paper discusses the treatment of immune infertility from the perspectives of“Fire,Dampness and Blood Stasis”in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
