基于《伤寒杂病论》的病机六要素探讨

Discussion on the Six Elements of Pathogenesis Based on Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases

病机是中医对疾病的认识方式,是进行辨证这一中医临床过程的结论,也是治疗的直接切入点,对病机的组成要素进行拆解分析,能提高辨证的精准性。前期研究提出病机六要素包括病因、病性、病位、程度、侧重和病势六个方面。本文在前期研究的基础上,结合《伤寒杂病论》中的具体内容,对上述病机六要素的内容进行进一步地论述,以期从病机六要素的角度探析《伤寒杂病论》的病机内容并阐明病机六要素对临床辨治的指导作用。

Pathogenesis is the way of Traditional Chinese Medicine understanding of disease,the conclusion of the clinical process of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation,and the direct entry point of treatment.Demolition and analysis of the pathogenesis elements can improve the accuracy of syndrome differentiation.Preliminary research has proposed that the six elements include etiology,nature,location,degree,different emphasis and disease potential.This paper,on the basis of the preliminary research,combined with the specific contents of the Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,is to further analyze the contents of the six elements of the pathogenesis and clarify the contents of pathogenesis in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases from the perspective of the six elements and guide clinical syndrome differentiation.
