陈绍宏教授从阴阳辨证论治坏死性筋膜炎的经验

Experience of Professor CHEN Shaohong Who has Differentiated and Treated Necrotizing Fasciitis from Yin-Yang Syndrome Differentiation

坏死性筋膜炎是急性软组织感染性疾病,病情往往迅速进展,常伴全身中毒表现,而手术、抗感染等西医治疗后仍具有高死亡率及高致残率。本文总结陈绍宏教授的临证特点及其对坏死性筋膜炎的认识。陈教授认为坏死性筋膜炎属于外科疮疡范畴,首重阴阳辨证,阳证治以四妙勇安汤,阴证治以阳和汤,随证加减,可改善预后,促进伤口愈合。附验案1则。

Necrotizing fasciitis is an acute soft-tissue infectious disease that tends to progress rapidly,always with manifestations of systemic toxicity.Although,after surgery,anti-infection and other western medical treatments,there is still a high mortality rate and a high disability rate.In this paper,Professor CHEN Shaohong’s diagnosis and treatment characteristics and his understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of necrotizing fasciitis are summarized.Professor CHEN believes that necrotizing fasciitis belongs to the category of surgical sores,and the first is the syndrome differentiation of YIN-YANG.Yang syndrome is treated with Simiao Yong’an Decoction.Yin syndrome is treated with Yanghe Decoction.Addition and subtraction according to the syndrome,can improve prognosis and promote wound healing.One case inspection is attached.
