基于“互联网+文创”的中医健康管理在提升6~24月龄婴幼儿健康素养中的研究

Research on the Health Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on “Internet+Cultural Innovation” in Improving the Health Literacy of Infants Aged 6-24 Months

目的:探索运用“互联网+文创”的中医健康管理,在提升婴幼儿健康素养中的研究。方法:选择2021年9月~2022年3月期间在我院接受儿童保健的6~24月龄婴幼儿作为研究对象,按就诊先后顺序将6月、12月、18月龄的婴幼儿各40名,随机分为对照组和实验组,各60例,对照组采用常规健康管理进行儿童保健的指导,观察组在常规儿童保健的基础上,结合“互联网+文创”的中医健康管理。比较两组儿童在生长发育、家长对中医药“治未病”的认识、家长满意度方面的变化。结果:干预6个月后,观察组体重明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长对中医药“治未病”认同度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予6~24月龄婴幼儿运用“互联网+文创”的中医健康管理,有利于提升家长的儿童中医保健意识,推广中医养生理念,促进儿童生长发育,发挥“治未病”的优势。

Objective:To explore the application of“Internet+Cultural Innovation”in traditional Chinese medicine health management in improving infant health literacy.Methods:The infants aged 6-24 months who received children’s health care in our hospital from September 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of treatment,40 infants aged 6 months,12 months and 18 months were randomly divided into a controlled group and an experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The controlled group used routine health management to guide children’s health care.The observation group combined the traditional Chinese medicine health management of“Internet+Cultural Innovation”on the basis of routine children’s health care.The changes of growth and development,parents’understanding of“prevention of disease”with traditional Chinese medicine and parents’satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After 6 months of intervention,the body weight of the observation group was significantly better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).The parents of the observation group had a higher degree of recognition for the“prevention of disease”of traditional Chinese medicine,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of“Internet+Cultural Innovation”in TCM health management for 6-24 month old infants is conducive to improve parents’awareness of children’s TCM health care,promote the concept of TCM health care,promote children’s growth and development,and give play to the advantage of“prevention of disease”.
