自拟解毒化瘀润燥汤联合西药治疗干燥综合征疗效观察

Efficacy of Using Self-made Jiedu Huayu Runzao Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Sjogren’s Syndrome

目的:探究自拟解毒化瘀润燥汤联合西药治疗干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法:选择2020年6月~2021年6月期间收治的66例干燥综合征(SS)患者,按照随机数字表分为西医组和中西医结合组各33例,比较两组患者中医证候积分、临床疗效、口干眼干情况、血液免疫学指标及不良反应。结果:治疗前两组患者主症、次症、舌脉中医证候积分及总分无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者主症、次症、舌脉中医证候积分及总分均显著降低(P<0.05),且中西医结合组低于西医组(P<0.05)。中西医结合组临床总有效率为87.87%,高于西医组的63.64%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者静态唾液流率、泪液分泌量无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者静态唾液流率、泪液分泌量均显著上升(P<0.05),且中西医结合组高于西医组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者ESR、CRP、IgA、IgG、IgM均显著下降(P<0.05),且中西医结合组低于西医组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:自拟解毒化瘀润燥汤联合西药治疗SS可以提高临床疗效,有效改善口干眼干症状,还可以增加患者的免疫功能,降低炎症水平,安全性良好。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of using Self-made Jiedu Huayu Runzao Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome(SS).Methods:66 patients with SS admitted to the hospital between June 2020 and June 2021 were selected,and divided into a western medicine group and a combined group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,dry mouth,dry eyes,blood immunological indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms,tongue and pulse TCM syndromes,and the total score were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores of the combined group were lower than those of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total clinical response rate in the combined group(87.87%)was higher than that in the western medicine group(63.64%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the static salivary flow rate and lacrimal secretion were significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05),which were higher in the combined group than in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which were lower in the combined group than in the western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Jiedu Huayu Runzao Decoction combined with western medicine for treating SS can improve the clinical efficacy,effectively relieve dry mouth and dry eyes,enhance immune function and reduce inflammatory level,with good safety.
