连栀矾溶液联合消肿止痛汤坐浴在痔术后应用中的疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying Xiaozhong Zhiteng Decoction Combined with Lianzhifan Solution in Hemorrhoid after Operation

目的:观察连栀矾溶液联合消肿止痛汤坐浴在痔术后应用中的临床疗效。方法:将150例符合条件的混合痔术后患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各75例。治疗组,连栀矾溶液联合消肿止痛汤坐浴,1日1次,1次15分钟。对照组,消肿止痛汤坐浴,1日1次,1次15分钟。将术后第1、3、5、7天肛门疼痛程度、术后便秘、肛门水肿发生率及创面愈合时间作为评价指标。结果:两组患者在术后第1、3、5、7天肛门疼痛程度、便秘发生率、肛门水肿发生率、创面愈合时间比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:连栀矾溶液联合消肿止痛汤坐浴能有效缓解痔术后患者的疼痛,降低痔疮术后便秘、肛门水肿的发生率,缩短创面愈合时间,推荐使用。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of applying Xiaozhong Zhiteng Decoction combined with Lianzhifan Solution in hemorrhoid after operation.Methods:From Semptember 2020 to December 2020,150 cases of postoperative patient with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and there were divided into a controlled group(n=75)and a treatment group(n=75)by the random number table method.The controlled group was treated with Xiaozhong Zhiteng Decoction bathing,and the treatment group was treated with the combination of Lianzhifan Solution united Xiaozhong Zhiteng Decoction bathing,respectively.The pain of the two groups were evaluated at 1^(st) day,3^(rd) day,5^(th) day,and 7^(th) day after operation.The astriction of the two groups were evaluated after operation.The edema events,the healing time were compared between the two groups.Results:There was a statistically significant difference between the 1^(st) day,3^(rd) day,5^(th) day,and 7^(th) day of postoperative pain in the two groups(P<0.05).The patient’s pain improved significantly.The incidence of astriction and edema in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the controlled group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hip bath washing of Lianzhifan Solution combined with Xiaozhong Zhiteng Decoction after hemorrhoid operation can effectively relieve postoperative pain in hemorrhoid patients,reduce the incidence of astriction and edema,and cut down the healing time.It is worth recommanding.
