通窍止鸣汤治疗主观性耳鸣临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Observation of Using Tongqiao Zhiming in the Treatment of Tinnitus

目的:探讨通窍止鸣汤治疗耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:将134例耳鸣患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组67例。对照组给予耳聋左慈丸治疗;治疗组给予通窍止鸣汤治疗。两组患者均连续治疗3周,比较治疗前后耳鸣主症及次症改善情况,评价疗效情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者在性别,年龄,病程上无显著性差异(P>0.05),耳鸣主症及次症均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组患者耳鸣主症及次症改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通窍止鸣汤治疗耳鸣的临床疗效确切,预后较好,值得推广使用。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutical efficiency of using Tongqiao Zhiming Decoction in the treatment of tinnitus.Methods:134 patients were randomly divided into a controlled group and a treatment group with 67 cases in each group.The patients in the controlled group were given with Erlong Zuoci Pills for treatment,while the patients in the treatment group were received with Tongqiao Zhiming Decoction for treatment.All the treatments were performed for three weeks in each group.The levels of sex,age,duration of illness in serum of patients were compared(P>0.05),and then main symptoms and secondary symptoms of Tinnitus were evaluated and analyzed before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of tinnitus were improved in both groups.Especially,the improvements of main symptoms and secondary symptoms of Tinnitus in the treatment group were better than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Tongqiao Zhiming Decoction in the treatment of tinnitus showed much better therapeutic efficiency,which could be applied to clinical treatment.
