改良坐位五禽戏在机械通气患者ICU获得性衰弱中的应用研究

Application of improved sitting Wuqinxi in ICU acquired weakness of patients with mechanical ventilation

目的:探讨“改良坐位五禽戏”对机械通气患者ICU获得性衰弱(ICU-AW)的影响。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年12月在重症医学科住院的机械通气患者共80例。随机分为试验组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规综合护理措施。试验组在常规综合护理措施的基础上,加用改良坐式五禽戏进行康复。比较两组患者在实施干预后的7、14天ICU获得性衰弱发生率等。结果:在干预后的第7、14天试验组机械通气患者ICU获得性衰弱发生率为7.5%、12.2%,对照组为25.0%、30.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<O.05)。在干预后的第7、14天试验组ICU机械通气患者MRC评分均高于对照组得分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(47.34±5.17VS43.42±5.84,45.29±4.81VS39.88±5.49,P<O.05)。结论:改良坐位五禽戏能明显改善ICU机械通气患者的肌力,降低ICU获得性衰弱的发生率,减少机械通气相关并发症。

Objective:To investigate the effect of“improved sitting Wuqinxi”on ICU acquired weakness(ICU-AW)in patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods:A total of 80 patients with mechanical ventilation hospitalized in icu from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected.Randomly divided into experimental group and control group 40 cases each.The control group received routine comprehensive nursing measures.On the basis of routine comprehensive nursing measures,the experimental group mainly received the intervention of improved sitting WuQinXi.The incidence of acquired weakness in the ICU was compared between the two groups at 7、14 days after the intervention.Results On the 7 th and 14 th day after intervention,the incidence of ICU acquired weakness in mechanical ventilation patients was 7.5%and 12.2%in the experimental group,and 25.0%and 30.0%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 7 th and 14 th day after intervention,the MRC score of ICU mechanical ventilation patients in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(47.34±5.17 vs 43.42±5.84,45.29±4.81 vs 39.88±5.49,P<0.05).Conclusion Improved sitting Wuqinxi can significantly improve the muscle strength of patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU,reduce the incidence of acquired weakness in ICU,and reduce mechanical ventilation-related complications.
