和法治疗脾胃病临证应用探析

Clinical Investigation of Applying Harmony Method in the Treatment of Spleen and Stomach Diseases

和法为中医八大治法之一,又称为调和法或和解法,是指通过调和或缓和或和解等作用使“阴阳致中”以治疗疾病的方法。脾胃居于中焦,为气血化生之源,人体气机升降之枢纽。脾胃病临床发病率较高,病机较为复杂,又以脏腑气机升降失衡、虚实兼夹、寒热错杂或燥湿相兼等为多见,故临证需运用“升降共调、泻实补虚、调平寒热兼以化湿平燥”之法和其偏倚。因此,和法在脾胃病治疗中具有重要的意义,值得深入挖掘探讨。

“Harmony Method”is one of the eight therapeutic methods of traditional Chinese medicine,also known as“Harmony Method”or“Harmonisaion Method”,which refers to the treatment of illnesses by harmonizing or moderating or reconciling“Balance between Yin and Yang”.The spleen and stomach are located in the middle energizer,which is the source of Qi and blood,and is the key of the Qi movement within the whole body.The clinical incidence of spleen and stomach disease is relatively high and the pathogenesis is complex.It is more common in the imbalance of viscera Qiji,and has intermingled with deficiency and excess,cold and heat,dry and damp.Therefore,it is necessary to use the method,which is adjusting the ascending and descending of Qiji,and attacking and defending,or mildly regulating cold and heat and reducing humidity and dryness to balance bias in clinic.Therefore,the method of Harmony is of great significance in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,and it is worth digging discussion.
