子午流注穴位按摩法对慢性骨髓炎患者焦虑状态及心理弹性水平的影响

Effect of Ziwu Liuzhu Acupoint Massage on Anxiety State and Mental Elasticity for Patients with Chronic Osteomyelitis

目的:探讨子午流注穴位按摩法对慢性骨髓炎患者焦虑状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年7月至2021年7月在我院住院治疗的120例慢性骨髓炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规护理联合穴位按摩,观察组则在对照组的基础上实施子午流注穴位按摩法进行干预,干预时长均为两周。运用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数问卷(PSQI)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、应对方式量表(JCS)在患者入院时及出院时进行分析评价。结果:(1)干预后两组患者的SAS及SDS评分均低于入院时,且观察组的SAS及SDS评分低于对照组。(2)两组患者睡眠质量、心理弹性水平均较入院前提高,其中观察组的睡眠质量及心理弹性水平提高更为明显。(3)干预后观察组在应对方式中面对、情感宣泄、寻求支持、乐观评分高于入院时且高于对照组,逃避、宿命、姑息、依靠自我评分低于入院时且低于对照组。差异有统计学意义(p均<0.05)。结论:子午流注穴位按摩法是传统中医时间治疗与中医外治的结合能更好地缓解慢性骨髓炎的焦虑状态,提高患者心理弹性水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of Ziwu Liuzhu acupoint massage on anxiety and sleep quality of patients with chronic osteomyelitis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic osteomyelitis who were hospitalized in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a controlled group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The controlled group was given routine nursing combined with acupoint massage,and the observation group was given intervention by Ziwu Liuzhu acupoint massage on the basis of the controlled group.The duration of the intervention was two weeks.Use Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Questionnaire(PSQI),Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Coping Style Scale(JCS)at the time of admission and analyzed and evaluated at discharge.Results:(1)After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than when they were admitted to the hospital,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the controlled group.(2)The sleep quality and mental elasticity of the two groups of patients were improved compared with that before admission,and the sleep quality and mental elasticity of the observation group improved more significantly.(3)After the intervention,the observation group’s coping style,emotional venting,support seeking,and optimism scores were higher than that at admission and higher than the controlled group,and the scores of avoidance,fate,palliative,and self-reliance were lower than that at admission and lower than the controlled group.The difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziwu Liuzhu acupoint massage is a combination of traditional Chinese medicine time treatment and traditional Chinese medicine external treatment,which can better alleviate the anxiety state of chronic osteomyelitis and improve the psychological elasticity of patients.
