化痰祛瘀汤联合氨氯地平治疗冠心病伴心绞痛临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Using Huatan Quyu Decoction Combined with Amlodipine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨化痰祛瘀汤联合氨氯地平治疗冠心病伴心绞痛临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年12月北京市隆福医院收治的80例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,根据乱数表法分为两组,对照组(n=40)接受氨氯地平治疗,观察组(n=40)接受化痰祛瘀汤联合氨氯地平治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效和治疗后中医症状积分、生存质量、血液流变学、血清指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医症状积分、血浆黏度(PV)、全血高切黏度(WBHSV)、全血低切黏度(WBLSV)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、白介素-18(IL-18)、血小板α颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(M-CSF)水平明显低于对照组,西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)评分和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:化痰祛瘀汤联合氨氯地平治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效确切,可明显改善心绞痛症状、血液流变学、血脂水平,降低IL-18、GMP-140、M-CSF水平,提升生存质量,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huatan Quyu Decoction combined with Amlodipine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Methods:80 patients with stable angina pectoris from January 2019 to December 2019 in Beijing Longfu Hospital were selected.The controlled group(n=40)received Amlodipine treatment,and the observation group(n=40)received treatment with Huatan Quyu Decoction combined with Amlodipine.The clinical efficacy and TCM symptom scores,quality of life,hemorheology,serum indexes and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group of TCM symptom scores,plasma viscosity(PV),whole blood high shear viscosity(WBHSV),whole blood low shear viscosity(WBLSV),fibrinogen(FIB),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),interleukin-18(IL-18),platelet alpha granule membrane protein-140(GMP-140),and macrophage colony stimulating factor(M-CSF)levels were significantly lower than the controlled group,the Seattle Angina Pectoris Survey(SAQ)score and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Huatan Quyu Decoction combined with Amlodipine has a definite effect in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.It can significantly improve the symptoms of angina pectoris,blood rheology,blood lipid levels,reduce IL-18,GMP-140,and M-CSF levels,and improve survival the quality and safety are high and it is worth promoting.
