中医适宜技术联合健康教育干预在急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Appropriate Chinese Medicine Technology Combined with Health Education Intervention for Patients with Hemiplegia after Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析中医适宜技术联合健康教育干预在急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:通过对我院2018年5月至2020年9月就诊治疗的101例急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者资料做回顾性分析,并根据干预方式不同分为对照组(n=50)与研究组(n=51)。对照组予以科室常规护理干预,研究组予以中医适宜技术联合健康教育干预。比较两组干预效果[依据神经功能缺损程度评分表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)下降程度评价]、运动功能[采用运动功能积分量表(FuglMeyer,FMA)评定]、神经功能[采用NIHSS表评估]及日常生活能力[采用日常生活能力量表(Activities of Daily Living,ADL)评估]。结果(1)研究组干预后总有效率(96.08%)高于对照组(84.00%),差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)干预后两组上下肢FMA评分均较干预前上升,且以研究组上升最为明显(P<0.05);(3)干预后两组NIHSS评分均较干预前下降,且以研究组下降最为明显(P<0.05);(4)干预后两组ADL评分均较干预前上升,且以研究组上升最为明显(P<0.05)。结论:中医适宜技术联合健康教育干预急性脑梗死后偏瘫患者的效果显著,能够有效促进患者运动功能的恢复及受损神经的修复,并对提高患者日常生活能力具有重要意义,值得推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of appropriate Chinese medicine technology combined with health education intervention for patients with hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction.Methods:The data of 101 patients with hemiplegia after acute cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into a controlled group(n=50)and a study group(n=51)according to different intervention methods.The controlled group received routine nursing intervention in the department,and the research group received appropriate Chinese medicine technology combined with health education intervention.Intervention effects[evaluated by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)],motor function[assessed by the FuglMeyer(FMA)],neurological function[Assessed by NIHSS form]and activities of daily living[Assessed by the Activities of Daily Living(ADL)]between the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the physical,emotional,role,cognitive,and social function scores of the two groups increased.The scores of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)decreased significantly.And the increasing/decreasing in the study group was more significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the controlLED group was 14.89%,which was significantly higher than 2.04%in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Appropriate Chinese medicine technology combined with health education has significant effect on hemiplegic patients after acute cerebral infarction,which can effectively promote the recovery of patients’motor function and repair of damaged nerves,which is of great significance to improve the daily life ability of patients,and it is worthy of popularization and use.
