腧穴针灸配合穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症(寒湿痹阻型)临床研究

Clinical Study of Applying Acupuncture Point Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Patients with Cold-damp Blockage Type 1umbar Disc Herniation

目的:分析腧穴针灸配合穴位贴敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症(寒湿痹阻型)的临床研究。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年1月于我院收治的95例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方法分研究组(n=49,予以腧穴针灸配合穴位贴敷治疗)和对照组(n=46,予以腧穴针灸治疗)。对比两组患者临床疗效、中医症状改善(中医症状积分量)、功能恢复情况(M-JOA评分量表和Oswestry功能障碍量表)、疼痛(视觉模拟疼痛表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS))、生活质量(Quality of Life,QOL)及不良反应。结果:研究组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(95.91%vs 76.09%)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者步态、直腿抬高、感觉障碍、运动障碍等症候积分较前明显改善,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后M-JOA评分及Oswestry评分均较治疗前降低,但研究组明显较对照组低(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分较前降低,QOL评分较前升高,但研究组较对照组改善显著(P<0.05);两组经治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:腰椎间盘突出症(寒湿痹阻型)患者予以腧穴针灸配合穴位贴敷治疗临床疗效佳,可显著减轻腰部疼痛及功能障碍,改善患者临床症状,提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of applying acupuncture point combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with cold-damp blockage type 1 umbar disc herniation.Methods:The clinical data of 95 patients with 1 umbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a study group(n=49,acupoint acupuncture combined with acupoint sticking therapy was given)and a controlled group(n=46,the patients were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion).The clinical efficacy,improvement of TCM symptoms(symptom score of TCM),functional recovery(M-JOA scale and Oswestry dysfunction scale),pain[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],quality of life(QOL)and adverse reactions of patients between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(95.91%vs 76.09%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms such as gait,elevation of straight leg,sensory disturbance,and dyskinesia of the two groups were significantly improved,and the study group was significantly better than the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the M-JOA score and Oswestry score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,but the score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the QOL score was higher than that before treatment,but the improvement of the study group was more significant than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The acupuncture point combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with cold-damp blockage type 1 umbar disc herniation have a good clinical effect.It can significantly reduce waist pain and dysfunction,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
