养血温经通脉汤结合针灸治疗椎管外慢性软组织损伤性腰腿痛的临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Analysis of Using Yangxue Wenjing Tongmai Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbocrural Pain Caused by Extra-vertebral Canal Chronic Soft Tissue Injury

目的:分析养血温经通脉汤结合针灸治疗椎管外慢性软组织损伤性腰腿痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取本院2018年5月~2020年5月诊治的95例椎管外慢性软组织损伤性腰腿痛患者资料,根据不同治疗方式分为研究组(n=50,养血温经通脉汤结合针灸)和对照组(n=45,干涉波治疗仪),对比两组患者的临床疗效、中医症状积分、疼痛[视觉模拟疼痛表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)]、功能恢复(Oswestry功能障碍评分)、生活质量及不良反应情况。结果:(1)研究组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(94.00%vs 73.33%)(P<0.05);(2)治疗后两组主症及次症积分较治疗前降低,以研究组尤甚(P<0.05);(3)治疗后,两组患者VAS评分及Oswestry评分较前明显改善,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);(4)治疗后,生活质量评分较前升高,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(5)两组患者治疗后均未发现严重不良反应。结论:对椎管外慢性软组织损伤性腰腿痛患者予以养血温经通脉汤结合针灸治疗临床疗效佳,可显著减轻腰腿疼痛及功能障碍,改善患者临床症状,提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of using Yangxue Wenjing Tongmai Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbocrural pain caused by extra-vertebral canal chronic soft tissue injury.Methods:The data of 95 patients with lumbocrural pain caused by extra-vertebral canal chronic soft tissue injury treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a study group(n=50,Yangxue Wenjing Tongmai Decoction combined with acupuncture)and a controlled group(n=45,Interference Wave Therapeutic Apparatus).The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,pain[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],functional recovery(Oswestry dysfunction),and quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)The total effective rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(94.00%vs 73.33%)(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the scores of the main and secondary symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,especially in the study group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the VAS score and Oswestry score of the patients in the two groups significantly improved,and the score of the study group was significantly better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the quality of life score was higher than before,and the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).(5)No serious adverse reactions were found after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:Applying Yangxue Wenjing Tongmai Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbocrural pain caused by extra-vertebral canal chronic soft tissue injury has a good clinical effect,which can significantly reduce the pain and dysfunction of the waist and legs,improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and improve the quality of life of the patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
