祛风燥湿通络方治疗对3~4期慢性肾病湿热瘀滞证患者中医症候积分、氧化应激及钙磷代谢的影响

Effect of Qufeng Zaoshi Tongluo Decoction on Scores of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes,Oxidative Stress and Calcium-phosphorus Metabolism for Patients with Stage 3~4 Chronic Kidney Disease of Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome

目的:探究祛风燥湿通络方治疗对3~4期慢性肾病湿热瘀滞证患者中医症候积分、氧化应激及钙磷代谢的影响。方法:选择2018年2月~2021年2月在我院中医科就诊的96例3~4期慢性肾病湿热瘀滞证患者,按入院号分为观察组(48例)和对照组(48例),对照组给予对照组采给予基础治疗及对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用祛风燥湿通络方,治疗2个月后,观察两组患者中医症候积分、肾功能、氧化应激及钙磷代谢的影响。结果:中医症候积分:治疗后,观察组神疲乏力、肢体困重、气短腰酸中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);肾功能:治疗后观察组血肌酐、血尿素氮、血尿酸水平低于对照组(P<0.05);氧化应激:治疗后观察组丙二醛(MDA)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)低于对照组,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)高于对照组(P<0.05);钙磷代谢:治疗后观察组血磷、全段甲状旁腺激素(iPTH)低于对照组,血钙高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛风燥湿通络方治疗3~4期慢性肾病湿热瘀滞证患者效果较好,有利于改善中医症候和肾功能,调节钙磷代谢及氧化应激。

Objective:To explore the effect of Qufeng Zaoshi Tongluo Decoction on the scores of TCM syndromes,oxidative stress and calcium-phosphorus metabolism for patients with stage 3~4 chronic kidney disease of damp-heat stasis syndrome.Methods:96 patients with stage 3~4 chronic kidney disease of damp-heat stasis syndrome who were treated in department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the hospital were selected between February 2018 and February 2021,and were divided into an observation group(48 cases)and a controlled group(48 cases)according to the admission numbers.The controlled group was given basic treatment and symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was given Qufeng Zaoshi Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.After 2 months of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,renal function,oxidative stress and calcium-phosphorus metabolism were observed in the two groups.Results:The scores of TCM syndromes such as fatigue,limb weakness and shortness of breath and waist soreness in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of renal function indicators of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and blood urea were lower in the observation group than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of oxidative stress indicators such as malondialdehyde(MDA)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)of the observation group were lower than those of the controlled group,while the level of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).According to calcium-phosphorus metabolism,the levels of blood phosphorus and intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH)after treatment were lower while the blood calcium was higher in the observation group compared to the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qufeng Zaoshi Tongluo Decoction is effective in treating patients with stage 3~4 chronic kidney disease of damp-heat stasis syndrome,and it is beneficial to improve the TCM symptoms and renal function and regulate calcium-phosphorus metabolism and oxidative stress.
