足三里穴位敷贴联合化瘀通便汤治疗慢传型便秘临床疗观察

Effect of Zusanli Acupoint Application Combined with Huayu Tongbian Decoction on Clinical Efficacy,Symptom Score and Recurrence forPatients with Chronic Constipation

目的:研究足三里穴位敷贴联合化瘀通便汤治疗对慢传型便秘患者临床疗效、症状积分及复发的影响。方法:回顾性分析2017年8月~2020年7月我科和外科收治的120例慢传输型便秘患者临床资料,按照治疗方式的差异分为研究组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组给予化瘀通便汤治疗,研究组给予足三里穴位敷贴联合化瘀通便汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状积分、生活质量、不良反应及复发情况。结果:研究组临床总有效率为91.67%,对照组临床总有效率为78.33%,研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组腹部症状、直肠症状、大便症状的症状积分均降低,其中以研究组最为显著(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组躯体不适、心理社会不适、不良情绪以及满意度评分均下降,研究组下降程度较对照组更显著(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现恶心呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等不良反应,研究组停药4周以及停药12周后复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:足三里穴位敷贴联合化瘀通便汤对治疗慢传输型便秘患者临床疗效较佳,可缓解患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,且可降低复发率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the effect of Zusanli acupoint application combined with Huayu Tongbian Decoction on clinical efficacy,symptom score and recurrence of patients with chronic constipation.Methods:The clinical data of 120 patients with chronic constipation admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the difference in treatment,they were divided into a study group(n=60)and a controlled group(n=60).The controlled group was treated with Huayu Tongbian Decoction,and the study group was treated with Zusanli acupoint application combined with Huayu Tongbian Decoction.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,quality of life,adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 91.67%,and the total clinical effective rate of the controlled group was 78.33%.The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the symptom scores in stool shape,incomplete defecation,defecation frequency,and laborious defecation reduced in the two groups,and the study group was the most significant(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the scores of physical discomfort,psychosocial discomfort,bad mood,and satisfaction in the two groups decreased,and the declining in the study group was more significant than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,and diarrhea in the two groups.The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the controlled group 4 weeks after drug withdrawal and 8 weeks after drug withdrawal(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zusanli acupoint application combined with Huayu Tongbian Decoction has a better clinical effect in the treatment of patients with chronic constipation.It can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
