针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗对肥胖型高血压患者血压、肥胖指标及症状积分的影响

Effect of Applying Acupuncture Combined with Auricular-plaster Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Obesity-type Hypertension on Blood Pressure,Obesity Index and Symptom Score

目的:研究针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗肥胖型高血压患者的临床应用价值。方法:收集本院2019年12月~2020年12月收治的376例肥胖型高血压患者的临床资料。根据不同的治疗方法分为对照组(n=187例,卡托普利片)与研究组(n=189例,针刺联合耳穴贴压),比较两组血压、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngiotensinⅡ,AngⅡ)水平、血浆肌酐、肥胖指标、症状积分及腹部脂肪含量与分布。结果:两组治疗后SBP、DBP、AngⅡ水平、血浆肌酐及症状积分均较治疗前下降,且研究组上述指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后总有效率为94.71%,显著高于对照组的71.12%(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后肥胖指标BMI、腰围及腹部脂肪指标SA、VA均显著下降,且研究组上述指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗肥胖型高血压患者降压效果显著,可有效改善体脂分布、头晕、心悸等临床症状。

Objective:To study the clinical application value of applying acupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy in the treatment of patients with obesity-type hypertension.Methods:The clinical data of 376 patients with obesity-type hypertension admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were collected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a controlled group(n=187 cases,Captopril Tablets)and a study group(n=189 cases,acupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy).The blood pressure,angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)levels,plasma creatinine,obesity indicators,symptom scores,and abdominal fat levels and distribution were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of SBP,DBP,AngⅡ,plasma creatinine and symptom scores after treatment in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the above indicators in the study group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The total effective rate after treatment in the study group was 94.71%,which was significantly higher than 71.12%in the controlled group(P<0.05).Compared those with before treatment,the obesity indexes BMI,waist circumference and abdominal fat indexes SA and VA of the two groups significantly decreased after treatment,and the above indexes of the study group were significantly lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying acupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy in the treatment of patients with obesity-type hypertension has a significant effect in reducing blood pressure,and can effectively improve the distribution of body fat,dizziness,palpitations and other clinical symptoms.
