综合性康复疗法联合针灸对老年脑卒中恢复期患者神经缺损及肢体功能康复影响

Effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture on nerve defect and limb function rehabilitation in convalescent aged stroke patients

目的:分析综合性康复疗法联合针灸对老年脑卒中恢复期患者的神经缺损及肢体功能康复影响。方法:选取2017年8月~2019年5月巴中市中医院收治的脑卒中恢复期老年患者110例,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组采用针灸单独治疗,观察组采用综合性康复疗法联合针灸治疗,分析并对比两组老年患者的神经功能缺损程度、肢体运动功能、日常生活能力、血清指标水平和治疗安全性。结果:治疗前后,两组患者的神经功能、肢体运动功能、日常生活能力和血清指标水平均有所改善(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组NIHSS评分、NGF、BDNF和NT-3水平均高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组Fugl-Meyer、ADL评分和步行速度均低于观察组(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应,组间对比无明显差异性(P>0.05)。结论:综合性康复疗法联合针灸治疗脑卒中恢复期的效果良好,可改善神经功能,促进肢体功能恢复,提高日常生活能力,安全性高,值得应用。

Objective:to analyze the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture on nerve defects and limb function rehabilitation in convalescent aged stroke patients.Methods:A total of 110 senile stroke convalescent patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups with 55 patients in each group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with acupuncture alone,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture.The degree of neurological impairment,limb movement function,daily living ability,blood lipid level and treatment safety of the two groups of elderly patients were analyzed and compared.Results:before and after treatment,the nerve function,limb movement function,daily living ability and blood lipid level of the two groups were improved(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score,NGF,BDNF and nt-3 levels in the control group were all higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Fugl-meyer,ADL scores,walking speed and ApoA/B levels in the control group were all lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a good effect on the convalescent period of stroke,which can improve the nerve function,promote the recovery of limb function,and improve the ability of daily living.
