滋阴润燥生津汤治疗干燥综合征临床疗效及对患者症候积分及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Ziyin Runzao Shengjin Decoction on Clinical Efficacy,Symptom Score and Immune Function for Patients with Sjogren Syndrome

目的:分析滋阴润燥生津汤治疗对干燥综合征(Sjogren Syndrome,SS)患者临床疗效、症状积分及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2018年2月~2020年2月本院收治的97例SS患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据治疗方式差异将患者分为研究组(54例,硫酸羟化氯喹+滋阴润燥生津汤治疗)和对照组(43例,给予硫酸羟化氯喹治疗)。对比两组临床疗效和不良反应、治疗前后Schirmer试验、唾液流率、ESSPRI评分、ESSDAI评分、症状积分和免疫功能变化。结果:(1)研究组临床有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗后,两组Schirmer试验及唾液流率均有所增加,且研究组Schirmer试验及唾液流率高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,两组ESSPRI及ESSDAI评分均有所下降,且研究组ESSPRI及ESSDAI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)两组治疗后,ESSPRI及ESSDAI评分均有所下降,且研究组ESSPRI及ESSDAI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。(5)两组各免疫功能指标水平治疗后均有所下降,且研究组ESR、RF、IgG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。(6)研究组不良反应发生率与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加用滋阴润燥生津汤治疗可显著降低SS患者症状积分,提高外分泌腺功能,并改善其免疫功能,临床疗效佳、不良反应低,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Ziyin Runzao Shengjin Decoction on clinical efficacy,symptom score and immune function for patients with sjogren syndrome(SS).Methods:97 SS patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into a study group(54 cases,treated with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate+Ziyin Runzao Shengjin Decoction)and the controlled group(43 cases,treated with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate).The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions,Schirmer test before and after treatment,salivary flow rate,ESSPRI score,ESSDAI score,symptom score,and immune function changes were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the Schirmer test and salivary flow rate of the two groups increased,and the Schirmer test and salivary flow rate of the study group were higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the ESSPRI and ESSDAI scores of the two groups decreased,and the ESSPRI and ESSDAI scores of the study group were lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the ESSPRI and ESSDAI scores of the two groups decreased,and the ESSPRI and ESSDAI scores of the study group were lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).(5)The levels of immune function indexes in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the ESR,RF,and IgG levels of the study group were lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).(6)There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the controlled group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Adding Ziyin Runzao Shengjin Decoction can significantly reduce the symptom score of SS patients,improve the function of exocrine glands,and improve their immune function.The clinical effect is good and the adverse reactions are low.It is worthy of promotion.
