温阳健脾汤联合针刺治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效及对胰岛β细胞功能的影响

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Wenyang Jianpi Decoction for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Its Effect on Pancreatic β-cell Function

目的:探究温阳健脾汤联合针刺治疗2型糖尿病患者临床疗效及对胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年1月张家口市第二医院内分泌科收治的糖尿病患者126例展开研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各63例,对比各组患者的血糖指标、胰岛β细胞功能指标(空腹C肽、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素、胰岛β细胞功能指数)、中医症候积分、不良反应发生率、临床治疗有效率。结果:两组患者治疗后的空腹血糖、胰岛素分泌水平、胰岛β细胞功能指数、中医症候积分、胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹C肽水平相比于治疗前均得到明显改善;观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后临床症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数均显著低于对照组患者,患者的临床空腹C肽水平、胰岛素、胰岛β细胞功能指数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳健脾汤以及针刺治疗均可达到改善2型糖尿病患胰岛β细胞功能降低血糖水平、中医症候积分的临床目标。联合应用会发挥更为显著的治疗效果,加强对患者血糖水平的控制,使患者胰岛β细胞功能以及临床症状得到更明显的改善,联合方案具备更高的临床推广价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Wenyang Jianpi Decoction for patients with type 2 diabetes and the effect on pancreatic β-cell function.Methods:126 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for the study,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a routine group,with 63 cases in each group.The blood glucose indicators and pancreatic β cell function indicators of each group were compared(fasting C peptide,insulin resistance index,insulin,pancreatic islet β cell function index),TCM syndrome score,incidence of adverse reactions,effective rate of clinical treatment.Results:The fasting blood glucose,insulin secretion level,pancreatic β-cell function index,TCM syndrome score,insulin resistance index,and fasting C-peptide levels of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly improved compared to before treatment;the total effective rate of clinical treatment of the study group significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05),the clinical symptom scores of the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05),fasting blood glucose and insulin resistance index were significantly lower than those of the conventional group,and the clinical fasting C-peptide levels of the patients.The functional indexes of insulin,insulin and islet β-cells were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Jianpi Decoction and acupuncture treatment can achieve the clinical goals of improving pancreatic β-cell function in type 2 diabetes patients,lowering blood sugar level,and TCM syndrome score.The combined application will exert a more significant therapeutic effect,strengthen the control of the patient’s blood sugar level,and make the patient’s pancreatic β-cell function and clinical symptoms be more significantly improved.The combined program has a higher clinical promotion value.
