复方甲亢汤联合西药治疗甲状腺功能亢进临床疗效及其对免疫功能的影响

Clinical Study of Compound Hyperthyroidism Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Hyperthyroidism and Its Effect on Immune Function

目的:探讨复方甲亢汤联合西药对甲状腺功能亢进阴虚火旺证的临床研究及其对免疫功能。方法:选择上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院从2017年10月~2020年10月收治的120例甲状腺功能亢进症阴虚火旺证患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为两组,60例对照组予常规西药治疗;60例观察组在此基础上加服复方甲亢汤治疗,连续治疗3个月。结果:①观察组总有效率93%显著高于对照组78%(P<0.05);②两组中医证候评分较前均显著下降(P<0.05);且观察组较对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05);③观察组甲状腺功能改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);④观察组治疗后各炎症指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05);⑤观察者免疫功能改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05);⑥观察组不良反应率5%显著低于对照组13%(P<0.05)。结论:复方甲亢汤联合西药对甲状腺功能亢进临床疗效确切,可有效降低中医症候积分,改善甲状腺功能,减少炎症,提高免疫功能,且安全性好,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical study of Compound Hyperthyroidism Decoction combined with western medicine on hyperthyroidism with Yindeficiency and fireexcess syndrome and its effect on immune function.Methods:120 patients with hyperthyroidism of Yindeficiency and fireexcess syndrome admitted to Yueyang Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to October 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in the controlled group were treated with conventional western medicine;60 cases in the observation group were treated with Compound Hyperthyroidism Decoction for 3 months.Systematic observation:clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,thyroid function,inflammatory factors,immune function and safety.Results:①The total effective rate of the observation group was 93%,which was significantly higher than 78%of the controlled group(P<0.05);②The TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);③The improvement of thyroid function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the controlled group(P<0.05);④After treatment,the inflammatory indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05);⑤The improvement of immune function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the controlled group(P<0.05);⑥The adverse reaction rate of the observation group(5%)was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(13%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Hyperthyroidism Decoction combined with western medicine has definite clinical effect on hyperthyroidism,which can effectively reduce TCM syndrome score,improve thyroid function,reduce inflammation,improve immune function,and has good safety,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
