针药并用结合五禽戏对类风湿性关节炎患者临床症状和生活质量的影响

Effect of Acupuncture and Drug Combined with Wuqinxi on Clinical Symptoms and Quality of Life for Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:观察针药并用结合五禽戏对类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者临床症状和生活质量的影响。方法:将我院2017年3月~2021年2月105例RA患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组53例,对照组52例。对照组患者采用甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合五禽戏、中药熏洗、针灸治疗。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为88.68%(47/53),对照组患者的总有效率为73.08%(38/52),观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组患者临床症状评分下降;观察组患者临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后两组患者类风湿因子(RF)、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)含量下降,观察组患者RF、ESR、CRP含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后两组患者生活质量评分增高;观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五禽戏结合中药熏洗、针灸治疗对RA患者的临床疗效较好,改善临床症状,降低RF的表达,防止病情进一步进展,提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture and drug combined with Wuqinxi on the clinical symptoms and quality of life for patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:From March 2017 to February 2021,105 patients with RA in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a controlled group,with 53 cases in the observation group and 52 cases in the controlled group.Patients in the controlled group were treated with Methotrexate and Leflunomide,and patients in the observation group were treated with Wuqinxi,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and acupuncture on the basis of the controlled group.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 88.68%(47/53),and the total effective rate of patients in the controlled group was 73.08%(38/52).The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups of patients decreased;the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups of patients decreased,and the levels of RF,ESR,and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups of patients increased;the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wuqinxi combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing and acupuncture have a better clinical effect on patients with RA,improve clinical symptoms,reduce RF expression,prevent further progress of the disease,and improve the quality of life.
