消痞养胃汤结合耳针对功能性消化不良患者餐后不适症状和胃肠功能的影响

Effect of Auricular Acupuncture Combined with Xiaopi Yangwei Decoction on Postprandial Discomfort Symptoms and Gastrointestinal Function for Patients with Functional Dyspepsia

目的:探讨消痞养胃汤联合耳针治疗功能性消化不良患者餐后不适症状和胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取2019年6月~2020年12月在本院确诊的110例符合中医寒热错杂证的功能性消化不良患者,采用简单随机分组将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组采用多潘立酮片口服治疗,观察组采用耳针联合消痞养胃汤治疗,均持续治疗4周。治疗后,评估两组患者的临床疗效。分别于治疗前后,评定两组患者中医症候积分和餐后不适症状积分;采用放射免疫法检测血清GAS和血浆MTL水平,酶联免疫法检测血浆CCK水平,实时超声法检测患者胃排空率。记录两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况和治疗后2个月复发情况。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率为85.45%,明显高于对照组患者治疗的69.09%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者餐后不适症状评分和中医症候总评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后,与对照组比,胃肠功能指标明显改善且胃排空率明显升高(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率为23.64%,与对照组患者治疗的32.73%无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗2个月后,观察组复发率为14.55%,明显低于对照组的30.91%(P<0.05)。结论:耳针联合消痞养胃汤治疗可明显提高功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效,缓解患者餐后不适症状,改善胃肠道功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of applying auricular acupuncture combined with Xiaopi Yangwei Decoction in the treatment of postprandial discomfort symptoms and gastrointestinal function for patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods:A total of 110 patients with functional dyspepsia who were diagnosed in the hospital and were in line with the TCM syndrome of intermingled cold and heat were selected between June 2019 and December 2020,and they were divided into an observation group and a controlled group according to the simple random grouping,with 55 cases in each group.The controlled group was given oral administration of Domperidone Tablets,and the observation group was treated with auricular acupuncture combined with Xiaopi Yangwei Decoction,and they were continuously treated for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was evaluated.Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and postprandial discomfort symptoms were evaluated in the two groups.Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of serum GAS and plasma MTL,and enzyme-linked immunoassay was used to detect plasma CCK level,and real-time ultrasound was used to detect the gastric emptying rate.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence at 2 months after treatment were recorded in the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(85.45%vs 69.09%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of postprandial discomfort symptoms and the total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastrointestinal function indexes were significantly improved and the gastric emptying rate was significantly increased(P<0.05)in the observation group compared to the controlled group.The incidence rate of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was not statistically different from that in the controlled group(23.64%vs 32.73%)(P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(14.55%vs 30.91%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupuncture combined with Xiaopi Yangwei Decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,relieve symptoms of postprandial discomfort,and improve gastrointestinal function of patients with functional dyspepsia.
