探析《黄帝内经》中“诸寒收引,皆属于肾”病因病机在帕金森病临床诊疗中的应用,外感风寒湿邪为帕金森病发病指标,肾阳亏虚,寒从内生,筋脉失于温养为其发病之本。本文基于“温肾阳”理论为治疗帕金森病运动症状及非运动症状提供依据。
