基于经络辨证探析《黄帝内经》针刺治疗水肿

Needle Acupuncture for Edema in Huangdi Neijing Based on Meridian Syndrome Differentiation

水肿为临床常见疾病,西医治疗水肿以利尿为主,其治疗存在病情易反复及患者生活质量差等问题。中医药积极参与水肿诊疗后,患者生活质量明显改善。针刺治疗疾病具有疗效佳,副反应小和治疗范围广等优势。经络辨证是针刺治疗疾病之特色,但临床针刺治疗疾病时以脏腑辨证或经验取穴为主,忽视经络辨证。故基于经络辨证探析《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)针刺诊疗水肿相关原文,从水肿经脉诊察,病因病机,经络辨证,治疗四方面进行进行相关理论阐述,为临床经络辨证针刺诊疗水肿提供相关理论依据。

Edema is a common clinical disease.Western medicine treatments are mainly diuretic,which coexist with the problems of disease recurrence and poor life quality of patients.But with TCM treatment,life quality of patients is notably improved.Acupuncture treatment has the advantages of reliable efficacy,few side effects,and extensive application scope,etc.As one of the features of acupuncture treatment,meridian syndrome differentiation is usually neglected in clinical acupuncture therapy,since viscera syndrome differentiation and experience-based acupoint selection are prevailing.Therefore,this article analyzes original texts related to acupuncture for edema in Huangdi Neijing,and elaborates relevant theories from four aspects:meridian diagnosis,etiology and pathogenesis,meridian syndrome differentiation,as well as treatment;so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical acupuncture treatment for edema based on meridian syndrome differentiation.
