Summary of Professor ZHONG Shucai’s Experience in Treating Itching Skin Disease

瘙痒性皮肤病(Itching Skin Disease,ISD)是临床上常见的一类皮肤病,具有延绵难愈、反复发作的特点,严重影响患者的生活质量。钟枢才教授认为ISD的病机为风湿热郁表于外,阳热阴伤动血于内,心肺三焦同病;治疗当以疏表开郁与凉血润燥并行、心肺三焦同调;同时强调病证结合、内外合治及综合调护。附验案一则。

Itching skin disease(ISD)is a category of common skin disease in clinical,which has the characteristics of continuous and relapse,and seriously affects the quality of life of patients.For the pathogenesis of ISD,Professor ZHONG Shucai considers that the exterior wind,damp and heat evil depressing superfical Qi and internal heat consuming Yin and activating blood circulation are the roots of the disease,while the functional disorder of heart,lung and triple energizer also plays an important role.And the treatment is mainly based on dispelling exterior evils and relieving depression,cooling blood and moistening dryness,and restoring normal function of above-mentioned three viscera.At the same time,emphasizing the combination of disease and syndrome,simultaneous internal and external treatment and self-care.One proven case is attached.
