Experience of Professor LI Mingquan Who Treated Polycystic Kidney

目前尚无特效药物能有效延缓常染色体显性多囊肾病的发生与发展,该病进入终末期肾病时则进行肾脏替代治疗。李明权教授运用中医药治疗多囊肾经验丰富,以分期论治、攻补兼施为治则,以疏肝行气、化瘀利水、化痰散结为治法,随证加减,效如桴鼓。笔者有幸跟师学习,现归纳总结李教授治疗多囊肾的思路及经验,以飨同行。

At present,there is no specific drug that can effectively delay the occurrence and progression of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease(ADPKD),and renal replacement therapy should be used when the disease enters end-stage renal disease.Professor LI Mingquan has rich experience of using traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic kidney.The treatment principle include treating by stages,attacking as well as strengthening,while the treatment method consisting of dredging liver Qi,removing stasis and reducing water,and dispersing phlegm.Drugs have been added or subtracted with the card,so the effect is immediate.The author had the honor to learn from the Professor LI,and now has summed up his ideas and experience in the treatment of polycystic kidney,for the benefit of colleagues.
