针灸治疗急性带状疱疹机制及临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress and Mechanism of Applying Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Acute Herpes Zoster

近年来针灸广泛应用于急性带状疱疹的治疗。针灸通过调节免疫系统、P物质等,可有效改善症状,减少后遗神经痛的发生率。文章将从机制及临床研究两方面综述针灸在急性带状疱疹的研究,以期为今后研究提供参考。

Acupuncture and moxibustion has been widely used in the treatment of acute herpes zoster in recent years.It can effectively improve the symptoms and reduce the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia by regulating the immune system,substance P and so on.In order to provide reference for future research,this paper will review the study of acupuncture and moxibustion in acute herpes zoster from two aspects:mechanism and clinical research.
