丝尾鳠幼鱼对八种常用饲料原料的表观消化率

Apparent Digestibility of Conventional Dietary Ingredients by Juvenile Asian Red-tailed Catfish(Hemibagrus wyckioides)

摘要 将体质量(0.51±0.01)g丝尾鳠(Hemibagrus wyckioides)饲养在内循环流水系统的玻璃水族箱(1.2 m×0.5 m×0.6 m)中,投喂基础饲料与鱼粉(FM)、豆粕(SBM)、棉籽粕(CSM)、菜籽粕(RSM)、玉米蛋白粉(CGM)、橡胶籽饼(RSC)、次粉(WM)或麦麸(WB)8种常用饲料原料以7∶3混合配制的饲料,以0.5%三氧化二铬(Cr2O3)为外源指示剂,研究丝尾鳠对这8种饲料原料干物质、粗蛋白质、灰分和能量的表观消化率(ADC)。每组3个重复,每个水族箱32尾鱼。基础饲料含粗蛋白42.09%,FM组、SBM组、CSM组、RSM组、CGM组、RSC组、WM组和WB组分别含粗蛋白52.97%、44.12%、44.65%、41.22%、50.13%、36.25%、35.15%和34.90%。结果表明,丝尾鳠对不同试验饲料与其对应原料的ADC变化趋势基本一致,且组间营养物质ADC差异较大。丝尾鳠幼鱼对不同试验饲料原料干物质的ADC由高至低依次为:鱼粉>豆粕>菜籽粕>玉米蛋白粉>棉籽粕>橡胶籽饼>次粉>麸皮;粗蛋白质的ADC顺序为:鱼粉>棉籽粕>菜籽粕>次粉>麦麸>豆粕>玉米蛋白粉>橡胶籽粕;灰分的ADC顺序为:鱼粉>豆粕>菜籽粕>玉米蛋白粉>棉籽粕>橡胶籽饼>次粉>麸皮;能量的ADC顺序为:鱼粉>玉米蛋白粉>豆粕>橡胶籽饼>菜籽粕>棉籽粕>次粉>麸皮。综上所述,丝尾鳠对鱼粉的ADC最高,植物原料中,豆粕、菜粕、棉籽粕和玉米蛋白粉ADC较高;而橡胶籽饼、次粉和麸皮的ADC较低。 The 4 weeks feeding trial was conducted to compare the apparent digestibility coefficient(ADC)of dry matter,crude protein,ash and energy in fish meal,soybean meal,cottonseed meal,rapeseed meal,corn gluten meal,rubber seed meal,wheat middling and wheat bran in Asian red-tailed catfish(Hemibagrus wyckioides).Juvenile Asian red-tailed catfish with body weight of(0.51±0.01)g was reared in a glass aquarium(1.2 m×0.5 m×0.6 m)in an internal circulating water system at stocking density of 32 fish per aquarium,3 replicates per group and aeration and dechlorination of tap water supply,and fed the mixed diets of basic diet with fish meal(FM),soybean meal(SBM),cottonseed meal(CSM),rapeseed meal(RSM),corn gluten meal(CGM),rubber seed cake(RSC),wheat flour(WM)or wheat bran(WB)at a ratio of 7∶3,and 0.5%chromium trioxide(Cr_(2)O_(3))as an exogenous indicator to probe into the effects on ADC of the dry matter,crude protein,ash and energy of these 8 feed ingredients.The basal feed contained42.09%crude protein,and the FM group,SBM group,CSM group,RSM group,CGM group,RSC group,WM group and WB group contained crude protein of 52.97%,44.12%,44.65%,41.22%,50.13%,36.25%,35.15%and 34.90%,respectively.The dietary ADC was showed a similar trend as the ADC of feed ingredients.The Asian red-tailed catfish had the order of dry matter ADC of different feed ingredients as:fish meal>soybean meal>rapeseed meal>corn gluten meal>cottonseed meal>rubber seed meal>wheat middling>wheat bran;the order of crude protein ADC as:fish meal>cottonseed meal>rapeseed meal>wheat middling>wheat bran>soybean meal>corn gluten meal>rubber seed meal;the order of ash ADC as:fish meal>soybean meal>rapeseed meal>corn gluten meal>cottonseed meal>rubber seed meal>wheat bran>wheat bran;the order of energy ADC as:fish meal>corn gluten meal>soybean meal>rubber seed meal>rapeseed meal>cottonseed meal>wheat middling>wheat bran.The best ADC was observed in FM for Asian red-tailed catfish.In plant ingredients,better ADC was found in feed materials including soybean meal,rapeseed meal,cottonseed meal and corn gluten meal for Asian red-tailed catfish,and the poor ADC was observed in feed materials including corn gluten meal,rubber seed meal,and wheat middling.
