摘要
当前,针对虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)疫病的防治仍主要依赖药物,抗菌药物的滥用导致微生物耐药性及生态环境安全等问题,环保有效的益生菌制剂已在水产养殖行业中得到广泛应用。尽管乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌、酵母菌等益生菌在虹鳟养殖中可明显促进鱼体生长,提高消化酶活性,改变肠道菌群结构,增强机体免疫力,但是对益生菌的益生效果和机制尚缺乏系统总结。本文概述了目前虹鳟养殖中使用益生菌的种类、补充方式、益生效果和益生机制,以期为虹鳟绿色可持续养殖提供参考。
At present,prevention and control of rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss)epidemic diseases is still mainly dependent on drugs,and the abuse of antimicrobial drugs leads to problems such as microbial resistance and ecological safety.Environmentally friendly and effective probiotic preparations have been applied in the aquaculture industry.The probiotic effects and mechanisms for probiotics are still lacking system discussion,although lactic acid bacteria,Bacillus,yeast and other probiotics can obviously promote fish growth,improve digestive enzyme activity,change the structure of intestinal flora,and enhance immunity in rainbow trout breeding.Here,the classification,supplement,probiotic effect and mechanism of probiotics are summarized in rainbow trout to provide a new direction for the sustainable development of rainbow trout culture.
