摘要
在22~23℃水温下,以无药物添加为对照,在十格的聚乙烯箱子内采用静水毒理试验法研究了稻太郎和稻黄金两种除草剂对体质量(3.66±0.15)g的克氏原螯虾Procambarus clarkii的急性毒性。结果表明:稻太郎和稻黄金对克氏原螯虾的24h半致死浓度分别为542.9 mg/L、1795.7mg/L;48h LC50分别为369.9 mg/L、1646.1mg/L;72h LC50分别216.5 mg/L、1511.3mg/L;96hLC50分别216.5mg/L、1352.9mg/L;安全浓度分别为51.5mg/L和414.4mg/L,即稻太郎对克氏原螯虾的毒性大于稻黄金。根据本文数据和相应国家标准,稻太郎和稻黄金两种除草剂的正常施药浓度远低于安全浓度,可以在稻虾田中安全施用。
Acute toxicity of herbicides Daotailang and Daohuangjin to juvenile red swamp crayfish Procambarus clarkii were investigated in a polyetherlene box divided into 10 parts by a static water toxicity method.The mean median acute LC50 of Daotailang was shown to be 542.9 mg/L for 24 h,369.9 mg/L for 48 h,216.5 mg/L for 72 h,and 216.5 mg/L for 96 h,and the mean median acute LC50 of Daohuangjin was found to be 1795.7 mg/L for 24 h,1646.1 mg/L for 48 h,1511.3 mg/L for 72 h,and 1352.9 mg/L for 96 h,with safe concentration of 51.5 mg/L for Daotailang,and 414.4 mg/L for Daohuangjin.The findings indicated that the acute toxicity of Daotailang and Daohuangjin was lower and can be used safely.
