甲醛对鲫血清抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛含量的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Formaldehyde on Antioxidant Enzyme Activity and Malondialdehyde Level in Serum of Crucian Carp(Carassius auratus)

摘要 在水温(20±2)℃下,将体质量(500±25)g鲫Carassius auratus置于70cm×20cm×30cm水族箱中,将稀释甲醛溶液泼洒到水族箱内,使甲醛终浓度为50mg/L和100mg/L,对照组不加甲醛(0mg/L),1h、3h和6h后尾静脉采血,测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽酶(GSH)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量,探讨甲醛对鲫血清抗氧化酶活性和脂质过氧化作用的影响。结果显示:与对照组相比,50mg/L和100mg/L浓度组鲫血清中SOD、CAT和GSH活力均呈现先升高后下降的变化趋势,3h酶活力达峰值,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而MDA含量则呈现先下降后升高的变化趋势,6h达到最大值,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明:甲醛胁迫3~6h对鲫血清SOD和CAT具有一定诱导作用,在整个胁迫过程中MDA含量增加。 The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione(GSH)and catalase(CAT)and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum sampled from caudal vein were determined in crucian carp(Carassius auratus)with body weight of(500±25)g in a 70 cm×20 cm×30 cm tank containing final formaldehyde concentration of 0 mg/L(as control),50 mg/L and 100 mg/L for 1 h,3 h and 6 h to explore the effect of formaldehyde on the activities of antioxidant enzymes and lipid peroxidation of crucian carp.The results showed that the activities of SOD,CAT and GSH were increased first and then decreased,with the peak at 3 h,significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).However,the concentration of MDA was found to be decreased first and then increased,significantly higher than that in the control group,with the peak at 6 h(P<0.05).The SOD and CAT in serum of crucian carp were shown to be induced at 3~6 h after the formaldehyde exposure and that malondialdehyde level increased under the formaldehyde stresses.
