Research Progress of Anaerobic Biological Treatment for Methanol Wastewater

摘要 以甲醇废水为处理对象,阐述了升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)、两相厌氧法、厌氧序批式反应器(ASBR)3种厌氧生物处理技术在处理甲醇废水的基本现状,评估了pH、运行温度、有机负荷(OLR)、水力停留时间(HRT)和进水COD等因素对不同厌氧生物处理技术的处理效能和甲烷回收性能的影响。认为两相厌氧法和ASBR启动时间较长、操作复杂;而UASB启动快、操作简单、性能稳定,但颗粒污泥细化限制了该技术在甲醇废水处理领域的推广和应用。解决甲醇废水厌氧生物处理过程中存在的污泥细化问题,开发工艺简单、高效低耗的厌氧生物技术仍是今后的研究重点。 The current status of three anaerobic biological treatment technologies in treating methanol wastewater was introduced,such as upflow anaerobic sludge bed(UASB),two-phase anaerobic method and anaerobic sequencing batch reactor(ASBR).The effects of p H,operating temperature,organic load rate(OLR),hydraulic retention time(HRT)and influent COD on treatment efficiency and methane recovery of different anaerobic biological treatment technologies were evaluated.It was considered that the start-up of two-phase anaerobic method and ASBR is long and operation is complicated.While UASB has fast start-up,simple operation,and stable performance,but the granular sludge disintegration limits the promotion and application of this technology in the field of methanol wastewater treatment.It was proposed that the resolving sludge disintegration problem of anaerobic biological treatment of methanol wastewater and the development of simple,efficient and low-consuming anaerobic technologies are still the focus for the future researches.
