政法类院校侦查学专业学生实习中的主体互动梗阻及其消解路径

The Subject Interaction Obstruction and Its Elimination Path in the Internship of Students Majoring in Criminal Investigation in Political and Legal Colleges

不同于公安类院校侦查学专业学生的实习,在政法类院校侦查学专业学生实习中,学校(指导教师)、实习单位、实习生三方主体间互动不畅,对实习效果产生了消极影响。究其原因,主要是由于三方主体导向不同:学校(指导教师)秉承知识导向,实习单位秉承风险导向,实习生秉承功利导向,且三者之间没有得到有效协调。要消解此梗阻,需从三方面重点发力:首先,三方主体应当树立正确的实习观,使实习回归教育本质;其次,要优化课程体系建设,采用专题报告、实践讲座、会前动员等形式,建立实习岗前培训机制;最后,要完善以“三评三审”为代表的实习成绩考核评价机制。

Different from the internship of students majoring in criminal investigation in public security colleges,the interaction between the three parties of the school(instructor),internship unit and interns in the internship of students majoring in criminal investigation in political and legal colleges is not smooth,which has a negative impact on the internship effect.The main reason is that the three parties have different orientations:the school(instructor)is knowledge-oriented,the internship unit is risk-oriented,and the interns are utilitarian-oriented,and there is no effective coordination between the three.To eliminate this obstruction,it is necessary to focus on three aspects:Firstly,the three parties should establish a correct view of internship and return the internship to the essence of education;Secondly,it is necessary to optimize the construction of the curriculum system,adopt special reports,practical lectures,pre-meeting mobilization and other forms,and establish a pre-internship training mechanism;Finally,it is necessary to improve the internship performance assessment and evaluation mechanism represented by"three evaluations and three reviews".
