共同富裕型民生是一个历史生成的范畴,浸润着中国人的文化与生活方式,其理念诞生于先秦时期,并且零星地出现在那个时代的政策主张及有限的政策实践当中。真正将共同富裕作为民生建设行动指南的是中国共产党的实践探索,它体现出共同富裕型民生由潜在到显在、由抽象到具体、由理想到现实的过程。总体上看,共同富裕型民生是生活美好、平衡充分、共同实现、社会善治的富裕型民生,因而具有社会性、文化性、理想性及善治性等特征。要着力健全共同富裕型民生政策,完善共同富裕型民生制度,注重共同富裕型民生投入,营造共同富裕型民生氛围,以助推共同富裕型民生建设的全面实现。

The common prosperity people’s livelihood is a historical concept,influenced by the Chinese way of life and culture,and can be traced back to the Pre-Qin Period.The Communist Party of China substantively takes common prosperity as the action guide for ensuring people’s livelihoods,turning an abstract notion into a concrete reality.In general,the common prosperity people’s livelihood includes elements and characteristics such as good lives,balanced and adequate development,as well as good social governance.To realize this vision,it is necessary to improve relevant policies and schemes,increase investment and create a supportive social environment.
