ABO血型与常见血液相关肿瘤病发病率相关性的回顾性分析

this study was designed to investigate the association between ABO blood group and leukemia,lymphoma,multiple myeloma and myelodysplastic syndrome.A retrospective cohort study of 400 patients with hematological malignancies was conducted.Data from hospital medical records,Cancer Registry Database and biomedical research database were analyzed,and the ABO blood group distribution of healthy people in the control group.Preliminary results suggest that Type A blood has a higher incidence in all studied blood tumors,particularly in leukemia and MDS,while Type AB blood has a relatively low incidence.These findings suggest a possible genetic and immunological link between blood type and blood tumors.The findings of this study provide a new direction for further investigation of the relationship between ABO blood group and hematological tumors,and have potential clinical significance for future cancer prevention and treatment.
