多学科团队协作护理对老年冠心病介入治疗患者心理状态及康复效果的影响

Effect of multidisciplinary teamwork nursing on psychological state and rehabilitation of elderly patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨多学科团队协作护理对老年冠心病介入治疗患者心理状态及康复效果的影响。方法:选取2021年11月-2022年11月北京市大兴区人民医院104例接受介入治疗的老年冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,其中对照组选择常规护理,而观察组是多学科团队协作护理,采用HAMA与SDS对两组患者的心理状态、6MWD康复效果及满意度进行比较。结果:干预一个月观察组的HAMA评分为(27.52±2.17)低于对照组的(39.23±2.62)、SDS评分(32.63±3.15)低与对照组的(45.64±3.27)(P<0.05);观察组的6MWD为(295.72±20.28)高于对照组的(256.75±17.16),不良事件发生率为(2/3.8)低于对照组的(6/11.5)、LVEF水平为(47.51±5.93)高于对照组的(43.87±6.02)、LVEDd为(44.45±4.75)低于对照组的(50.75±5.36)、LVESd为(41.60±6.21)高于对照组的(34.64±6.12)(P<0.05);观察组的满意度为(50/96.2)高与对照组的(44/84.6)(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多学科团队协作护理在冠心病介入治疗中效果更好,改善心功能指标,调节心理状态,从而有效提高满意度和运动能力,最终改善整体的生活质量,应该推广和应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary teamwork nursing on the psychological state and rehabilitation of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.How:A total of 104 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who received interventional treatment in Daxing District People's Hospital of Beijing from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given multidisciplinary teamwork nursing.HAMA and SDS were used to compare the psychological state,6MWD rehabilitation effect and satisfaction of the two groups.Results:HAMA score of observation group was(27.52±2.17)lower than that of control group(39.23±2.62),SDS score was(32.63±3.15)lower than that of control group(45.64±3.27)(P<0.05).The 6MWD of the observation group was(295.72±20.28)higher than that of the control group(256.75±17.16).The incidence of adverse events was(2/3.8)lower than that of control group(6/11.5),LVEF level was(47.51±5.93)higher than that of control group(43.87±6.02),LVEDd was(44.45±4.75)lower than that of control group(50.75±5.36),LVESd was(41.60±6.21)higher than that of control group(34.64±6.12)(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group was(50/96.2)higher than that of the control group(44/84.6)(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary teamwork nursing is more effective in the interventional treatment of coronary heart disease,improving cardiac function indicators,regulating psychological state,effectively improving satisfaction and exercise ability,and ultimately improving the overall quality of life,which should be promoted and applied.
